Although Tyler Ramsey is well-respected as a multi-instrumentalist in his native North Carolina, he is best known for his guitar work: crafting delicate, finger-style guitar picking reminiscent of John Fahey and Leo Kottke, but with a sum effect that is all his own. Ramsey's musical journey has taken him through many genres of music and multiple bands, but when it comes down to it, Ramsey turns to indie folk, country blues, and finger style guitar for his solo projects.  You can always count on Ramsey to compose intricate, ethereal songs of melancholy and rumination.
